Based in the heart of Jefftown, Kentucky, we offer personalized Medicare solutions, health insurance, and supplemental coverage to individuals and small businesses. Our agency was created to provide clear, expert guidance to our clients, ensuring they receive the most suitable coverage for their unique needs. About
We are an Independent Medicare Insurance Agency, also known as Independent Medicare Brokers, with over 15 years of experience as an agent for Humana Inc. in the state of Kentucky. After structural and financial changes at Humana Inc. on both a national and state level, which led to a reduction in qualified and experienced staff, my wife and I decided to open our own agency, following the request of many of my clients. On August 26, 2023, we established IntegraGroup Insurance LLC, a 100% bilingual English-Spanish agency.
Our office is located in the heart of Jefftown, in the same location as my wife’s Real Estate Agency. We added the Insurance Agency to serve our community and those who want to visit us for an in-person review of their needs with a local expert in their own language. We also assist those who cannot visit us in person via phone and email. My wife, Marcela Del Pino, who holds a Master's Degree in Finance from Indiana University and has over 10 years of experience in tax preparation and real estate, manages the marketing, accounting, and administration of our new agency.
As for me, I am a lawyer by profession, specialized in International Law, and hold the federal and state licenses and certifications required in Kentucky. I am authorized to offer services in more than 10 states across the country. I handle sales, training, and educational seminars for retirees, employers, and human resources offices throughout Kentucky and neighboring states. We are proud residents of Louisville, Kentucky, proud U.S. citizens, and recently celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary with our beautiful daughter. We love exploring new places for vacations, enjoy foods from different countries, and are passionate about quality sports, especially volleyball and baseball.
